Job Description
• Administer EPI services to all children and woman according to BPHS and EPI policy in fix center and outreach.
• Take active part in NIDs (National Immunization Days).
• Counsel and educate patients, the family, and community about immunization and in relevant areas of health.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative; safety, environmental, and infection prevention standards.
• Take active part in NIDs (National Immunization Days).
• Manage cold chain system according to UNICEF protocols.
• Assignment of any other task by the superior.

• Must be graduated from high school and certificate is preferable
• Must be fluent in Pashto, Dari and English is desirable
• At least 2 years experience in the same field with a national/ International/ organization and having excellent background.
• Good team work spirit.

• Self-motivated
