Job Description
• Plan and have implement community health programs.
• Select and recruit community health workers in the community.
• Train community health workers through initial and refresher training courses
• Supervisor CHW activities and provide on the job trainings.
• Support referral system from HPs to health facilities
• Prepares monthly reports
• Help the health facilities in solving any problems in relations with the community
• Participate in health committee meeting
• Identify needs for health education in the community.
• Find and specify the impact of health education in community
• Perform other duties as assigned h the community and office, and making suggestions regarding solving of the problem/s.

• Must have baccalaureate degree
• At least two years experience in at the relevant field.
• Good communication skills (oral, reading and written) in Dari, Pashto and Nooristani local language
• Good team work spirit.
• A willingness to learn new skills.
• Self-motivated
